3. New Energy Vehicle High-Voltage Wiring Harnesses (Charging Stations, Battery Packs)
Insulation: POE-XLPE / XLPO;
Features: Flexible, bend-resistant, oil-resistant, resistant to high and low temperatures (–40°C to 150°C), flame-retardant, high insulation.
4. Rail Transit / Rolling Stock Cables
Requirements: Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant, vibration-resistant, oil-resistant, cold-resistant;
Common: POE-based LSZH cross-linked insulation / sheath.
5. Cold-resistant flexible cables, wind power, and robotic drag chain cables
Applications: Northern outdoor environments, wind turbine nacelles, mobile equipment;
Core Requirements: No cracking at –40°C, withstands repeated bending without breaking, flexible → POE-XLPE is the optimal solution.
6. Semi-conductive Shielding Layer (Conductor Shielding / Insulation Shielding)
Material: Cross-linked POE (XLPO) + conductive carbon black;
Function: Ensures uniform electric field distribution, suppresses partial discharge, and extends the service life of high-voltage cables; standard configuration for medium- and high-voltage cables.
